Will Ding is the co-founder and Marketing Director of SingAge Healthcare Pte. Ltd. Will also serves as the Associate Faculty at Singapore University of Social Sciences. He has a comprehensive and deep understanding of Chinese and Singaporean society, as well as geopolitics in Asia-Pacific.

Born and raised in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), Will was selected to attend the University of the Party School of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China (CCPS) and was groomed to be a member of the Chinese Civil Service.

Will graduated with a Bachelor of Macroeconomic Management and was trained as an information officer in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA), General Staff Headquarters.   After 7 years holding various roles at the military command headquarters, Will chose to further his studies and graduated with a Masters in Chinese Studies from the National University of Singapore. Following a 5-year stint as a journalist for Singapore Press Holdings, Will decided to strike out on his own to pursue his passion in the field of education and training.

Will is recognized as a well-known China Expert.  His varied and rich experience combined with his in-depth knowledge of Geographic Politics makes him uniquely suited to help people from the Government, Banks, Corporations, SMEs and Universities gain the skills and knowledge needed to deal with China’s rapid economic growth.

丁威学生时代通过选拔进入中共中央党校学习宏观经济管理。在中国最高策略机构工作超过7年，为中国决策层提供信息分析与建议。在此期间，丁威走遍中国各省、自治区，接触到中国从上到下，政、商、军、民各个阶层，对中国社会、政治、经济、外交等方面的情况有全面深入的了解，并深度参与中国地缘政治的资料搜集与研究工作。在中国工作期间，他与多个中央及地方政府机构建立起非同一般的良好关系并保持至今。

1998年，丁威先生考入新加坡国立大学继续研究中国课题。获得硕士学位后，他选择进入新加坡报业控股从事新闻工作。在新加坡报业控股的工作经验，让丁威对新加坡社会有了较为深入的了解，同时也为他进入教培行业提供了机会。
